Every listing shows the item’s condition before you buy. Here is what each condition means.
Brand-new, never installed and never used. Sold in the manufacturer’s original sealed packaging with all parts and documentation. Covered by the full manufacturer’s warranty.
The box has been opened, usually because of a customer return or a damaged outer carton, but the unit itself has never been installed or connected. We inspect each open-box unit for visible damage and confirm that all parts and manuals are included. Any cosmetic marks are described on the product page. Warranty coverage is stated on the listing.
A unit that has been returned, repaired or restored and tested by the manufacturer or an authorized refurbisher. Refurbished units may show light cosmetic wear and may be packed in plain packaging. The warranty that applies, and who provides it, is stated on each refurbished listing and is often shorter than for new units.
The condition appears on the product image badge, in the product title or details, and at checkout. The same condition is submitted in our product data to shopping platforms, so what you see in search listings matches what you receive.
All conditions are covered by our 30-day return and refund policy. Read our warranty policy for how warranty coverage differs between new, open-box and refurbished items.
