Accepted payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The options available to you are shown at checkout. All charges are in U.S. dollars.

When you are charged

Your payment method is charged when you place your order. If we cannot fulfill an item, we refund that amount to the original payment method.

How checkout is protected

• Our entire store uses HTTPS/TLS encryption, shown by the padlock in your browser’s address bar.
• Card payments are processed by PCI DSS–compliant payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
• We may use automated fraud screening. Occasionally we contact a customer to verify an order before it ships.

Billing questions

If you see a charge you don’t recognize, or a refund hasn’t appeared, email Help@tankless-water-heater.shop with your order number. Our privacy policy explains how payment and order data is handled.
